FUNDRAISING
The Ohio State Hunt Seat Equestrian Team is in constant need of funds in order to support our numerous expenses. We participate and hold many projects in order to raise the money. One of the ways that the team accomplishes this is through volunteering at Liberty Farm during lessons. Team members are required to do a few hours' worth of volunteering at the barn every quarter. Additional hours of volunteering may be traded for lessons or practive rides. Another means of fundraising the team plans on utilizing this year is cleaning up the Schottenstein Center after events.

COMMUNITY SERVICE
As college students, we are expected to take on leadership roles in our community. Our team takes pride in being active participants in numerous community services and completes at least one local volunteer project every quarter. We volunteer our time at various events and organizations within the community. Recently, the team volunteered to help at a water station for the Columbus Marathon. Other volunteering plans for this year include helping at the Humane Society, participating in Habitat for Humanity, and tutoring children at the Columbus Metropolitan Library.
